Aimee Monk is a Visitor Journey Consultant specializing in accessibility at the National Trust since April 2010, focusing on supporting the Midlands & East of England while aiming to achieve bronze access standards across various properties. Aimee has held several roles at the National Trust, including Visitor Experience Manager, where responsibilities included leading visitor operations and enhancing visitor experiences while balancing conservation and audience engagement. Prior to joining the National Trust, Aimee gained administrative experience at Pathway Recruitment Services and Mainstay Student, as well as retail experience at Alpha Retail and Tesco. Aimee holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School and a degree in History from the University of Lincoln, complemented by training at Design Thinkers Academy London.
