Andy Ironmonger

Andy Ironmonger is an experienced Learning Experience and Technologies Manager currently at the National Trust since January 2024. Previously, Ironmonger held various roles at Capital One, including Learning Design Lead, where responsibilities included leading a team in creating comprehensive learning content for customer-facing associates in the UK and India, and Knowledge Management Lead, overseeing the company’s knowledge management platform. Prior to that, Ironmonger served as a Digital Learning Manager at ENSEK and held multiple instructional design roles at Capital One and Loughborough College. Ironmonger's early career included positions in e-learning support and procurement, with a BA (Hons) in Business and Enterprise Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
