Ben Burbidge

Ben Burbidge currently serves as the Assistant Food Beverage Manager and Head Chef at the National Trust since April 2014, overseeing the food quality for three permanent outlets and three satellite locations while ensuring compliance with food standards and procurement rules. Prior experience includes roles as Head Chef and Sous Chef at The Royal Hotel from January 2011 to March 2014, managing a hotel with a restaurant and function rooms, and Chef de Partie positions at The Bulls Head Repton and The Cricketts Inn, with a focus on high-quality dining experiences in various restaurant settings. Ben Burbidge's culinary career began with a Chef de Partie role at The Royal Hotel from March 2008 to June 2010, contributing to a well-rounded professional background in food service management. Education was completed at Ashby School.
