Jenny Harwood

Jenny Harwood has extensive experience in organizational development and retail management. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at the National Trust since November 2006, Jenny focuses on Climate Action and Land & Nature initiatives. Previous roles at the National Trust include People Development Specialist and Consultancy Manager. Prior to joining the National Trust, Jenny held various positions at Talbots UK Retailing from 1998 to 2006, including Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager. Jenny's early career at Jaeger Ladieswear spanned from 1990 to 1998, where roles included Branch Manager and Department Manager.
