Mike Swan

Mike Swan has extensive experience in operational delivery and management within the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Head of Operational Delivery for Food & Beverage across Wales and Northern Ireland at the National Trust since October 2018. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions including Holidays Area Manager for London & South East and East of England and Area Manager in Food & Beverage. Mike's earlier career includes serving as the Food & Beverage Business Development Manager at The National Museum of the Royal Navy from January 2016 to September 2018, and working for Waitrose as a Section Manager from May 2003 to January 2016. Educationally, Mike attended Churchers College from 1997 to 2004.
