Nathan Gornall

Nathan Gornall is an experienced professional currently serving as the Supporter Recruitment Manager and Head of Growing Support Consultancy at the National Trust since June 2019, where responsibilities include the recruitment of over half a million new supporters and leading a team of consultants in enhancing engagement strategies. Previously, Nathan held positions in the football industry as a Qualified Football Coach and Referee with the Football Association, delivering coaching and officiating services across various levels. Nathan has also worked as an Area Manager at DS Smith, focusing on B2B sales in multiple regions, and served as the Outreach Coordinator for the University of Plymouth Students' Union, facilitating engagement with a large student network.
