Educational qualifications feature a Ph.D. in Poultry Science, an M.S. in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications, and a B.S. in Poultry Science, all from Texas A&M University, complemented by a brief study in International Agriculture and Business at Ecole Supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers.
