Jo L.

Jo L. is a highly experienced commercial operator with a strong background in venue management and operations. Currently serving as a Commercial Development Trainer at the National Union of Students (UK) since March 2018, Jo L. has also held the position of Venues Operations Manager at Leeds University Union since June 2011. In this role, Jo L. oversees a large team and is responsible for managing live music and nightclub spaces, including the popular weekly club night Fruity and large-scale music festivals. Previously, Jo L. worked as the Deputy Venues Bar Manager at the University of Leeds Students Union and holds a BA Hons in the History of Art from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
