Pauline Chua

Pauline Chua currently serves as the Deputy Group Chief Human Resource Officer at the National University Health System, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pauline Chua was the Director of Group Human Capital and the Director of the Corporate Office at Raffles Medical Group from March 2019 to February 2023. Pauline Chua also held the position of General Manager for Human Capital & CSR at Fuji Xerox Singapore from April 2011 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Education & Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor of Arts in Education & Psychology from the University of Auckland, and ongoing studies towards a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Otago, expected to be completed in January 2025.
