Janaye Ingram is an experienced leader in community engagement and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Community Partner Programs & Engagement at Airbnb, where responsibilities include overseeing a $100 million Community Fund and managing multicultural community engagement initiatives. With a strong background in building partnerships for public policy, Ingram has also held roles such as Director of National Partnerships at Airbnb and Interim Director at Airbnb.org. Additionally, Ingram co-founded the Women's March and Ambassadors of Hope, a mentorship program for underresourced youth. Ingram's advisory roles include serving on the Innovators Council at AARP and as an Equity Advisor for Sephora USA, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
