National Urban Fellows
Joreon Coleman is an experienced professional in public administration and customer service, currently completing a rigorous Master of Public Administration program through National Urban Fellows. Joreon has held positions at notable organizations, including serving as a National Urban Fellow at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, where engagement with organizations on funding and hurricane relief coordination was key. Previous roles at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio involved mentoring and training personnel, resolving customer grievances, and ensuring patient privacy. Earlier experience at Cleveland Clinic and Grady Health System included customer service and office administration, with responsibilities ranging from scheduling appointments to data management. Joreon holds a Master's degree from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Cleveland State University.

National Urban Fellows develops accomplished and courageous professionals of all ethnic and racial backgrounds, particularly people of color and women, to be leaders and change agents in the public and non profit sectors, with a strong commitment to social justice and equity.
