Lisa Taliano has a diverse work experience in both the technology and art sectors. Lisa began their career in 2000 as an Information Technology Manager at Arts International, where they managed the technical infrastructure and designed systems to support data and business applications. From 2003 to 2007, they served as the Director of Information Technology at the American Music Center, overseeing software system analysis and design, application development, and data migration projects. Lisa then worked as an IT Consultant and Web Designer/Developer at their own studio from 2007 to 2012, handling website design, development, system analysis, and project management. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan College of New York, teaching web design and multimedia production courses from 2009 to 2012. Most recently, Lisa joined the National Urban League in 2013, initially working as a Senior IT Manager and later assuming the role of Director of Information Technology. Their responsibilities included overseeing the development and migration of data management systems, working with consultants and communities to customize and develop components, and managing programmatic data.
