Miranda F. Feldmann

Miranda F. Feldmann has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Miranda F. has worked as a Director of Data & Impact at the National Urban League since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at PNP Staffing Group, where they implemented process improvement strategies for the Programs Department of the National Urban League. Miranda also worked as a Project Analyst at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, providing support for educational, operational, and research endeavors. Additionally, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Chair of Pediatrics at UPMC. Earlier in their career, Miranda worked as a Design Consultant at Conway School of Landscape Design, a Departmental Admin/Project Assistant at the Wildlife Conservation Society's New York Aquarium, and an Event Staff for large public events at Eventage. Miranda F. also held roles as a Development and Special Events Consultant at PNP Staffing Group and an Office Manager at South Sea Treasures. Miranda began their career as a Teaching Fellow/Educator at the Wildlife Conservation Society and as a Property Management Administrative Assistant at Tishman Speyer.

Miranda F. Feldmann has a diverse education history with a focus on ecological design, sustainable planning, conservation, and biological sciences. In 1998-1999, they attended Union College, where they focused on biology and environmental science. From 1999-2002, Miranda obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biological Sciences from Smith College. In 2000, they participated in a semester abroad program at James Cook University in Queensland, Australia, with a focus on ecology and conservation. In 2013-2014, they completed professional development coursework in conservation and sustainability at Miami University. Miranda continued their education at The Conway School from 2015-2016, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Ecological Design and Sustainable Planning. Additionally, in October 2014, they obtained a NYC Citizen Tree Pruner License from Trees New York.
