Peter Lamas

Peter Lamas has extensive experience in the field of commercial real estate. Peter worked as the Senior Managing Director and Senior Vice President - Regional Manager at National Valuation Consultants, Inc., leading their Atlanta office and Southeast region. Peter supervised a team of commercial appraisers and specialized in unique asset types such as self-storage, hotels, convenience stores, mixed-use developments, golf courses, and cold storage facilities. Peter also worked at Arcadia Real Estate, LLC as the President, where they focused on brokerage, property management, development, and real estate consulting. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President at McColgan & Company, managing a 20+ person office and performing valuation analyses of various real estate projects. Peter also worked as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC, where they were involved in real estate valuation and advisory analysis, asset management, and due diligence analysis. In addition, they held positions at Sun Suites Extended Stay Hotels and RaceTrac Petroleum, where they were responsible for site selection, acquisition, and development of new locations. Overall, Peter Lamas has a wide range of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong focus on appraisals, valuations, and property management.

Peter Lamas has a strong educational background in the field of real estate. Peter obtained a Bachelor of Management degree in Real Estate from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business from 1988 to 1992. Peter furthered their education by earning a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 1996 to 1998. Prior to their college education, Peter attended Lakeside High.

In addition to their academic achievements, Peter Lamas has also acquired certain certifications. Peter is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. Peter is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
