Lauren Schirtzinger

Lauren Schirtzinger (Hayes) is an experienced events and hospitality professional with a strong background in managing and coordinating events. Currently serving as the Events and Protocol Manager at The National Veterans Memorial and Museum since January 2020, Lauren previously held the role of Event Sales Coordinator at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Day-of Event Coordinator at Bosc & Brie, catering management at Hilton Columbus Polaris, and various roles at Experience Columbus, where responsibilities included supporting sales managers and coordinating administrative tasks. Lauren’s career began in the hospitality industry at Hilton Columbus at Easton, progressing from Guest Services Agent to Beverage Utility. Lauren holds an Associate's degree in Travel & Hospitality from Bradford School, earned in 2011.
