Anne Stanchfield

Anne Stanchfield is a seasoned executive with a strong background in business management and retail operations. Currently serving as President and General Manager of Pet Resorts at National Veterinary Associates since February 2018, Stanchfield leads a rapidly expanding division that merges acquired pet resorts with new builds under the Pet Suites brand. Prior to this role, Stanchfield held various leadership positions at Target from September 2005 to February 2018, including Vice President of Small Formats, where the development of localized store formats was a significant focus. Stanchfield's extensive experience encompasses divisional merchandise management in Housewares and Entertainment, as well as directing the launch of City Target. Stanchfield's career began at LEK Consulting, providing strategic recommendations primarily in the healthcare sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
