Kelli Dowhaniuk

Kelli Dowhaniuk possesses extensive experience in recruitment, having served as Principal Recruiter, Senior Veterinary Recruiter, and Veterinary Recruiter at National Veterinary Associates since December 2016, where the focus is on managing talent acquisition for over 304 veterinary hospitals across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, Kelli worked at the Cleveland Clinic from April 2008 to December 2016 in various roles, including Senior Physician Recruiter, specializing in attracting qualified physician candidates for the Clinic. Kelli's career began at the Cleveland Clinic as a Department Coordinator from 2005 to 2008. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
