Laura Drehsen

Laura Drehsen, SPHR, currently serves as the Manager of People Services at National Veterinary Associates, leading a team of four HR professionals in support of over 1,200 corporate employees across the United States. Prior to this role, Laura held positions as a Sr. Associate in People Services, supporting a high-growth organization with more than 1,100 employees, and as a Human Resources Consultant at Farmers Insurance, where Laura was the primary HR partner for a team of over 550 employees across nine states. Laura's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Target, where Laura led HR operations for a high-volume store, overseeing employee relations, staffing, and development initiatives. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
