Ramandeep Sidhu

Ramandeep Sidhu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, growth, and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President, Head of Growth and Innovation at National Veterinary Associates, Ramandeep leads initiatives for improving veterinary services within a network of approximately 1,000 animal hospitals in the US and Canada. Previously, as Vice President Operations for the East Group, Ramandeep managed operations for around 150 hospitals. Prior to NVA, Ramandeep held multiple leadership roles at Comcast, driving strategy and product management for Xfinity Home, and served as Director of Corporate Strategy at TE Connectivity, a major player in connectivity solutions. Ramandeep's career also includes pivotal roles at Bain & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where strategic consulting and litigation support were key focus areas. Ramandeep holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Duke University and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
