Adnan Janjua

Adnan Janjua is an experienced management professional with a strong background in production, operations, and lean manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as Production Manager, Lab Manager, Lean Manager, and Operations at National Vision Inc. since September 2018, Adnan has successfully established a new lab and implemented lean manufacturing practices. Prior roles include Production and Operations Manager at The Middleby Corporation, where oversight was provided for bakery equipment production lines, and Manufacturing Manager at B. Braun Medical, focusing on multiple manufacturing lines and process improvements. Adnan's tenure also includes Engineering Manager at Luminator, where management of mass transit projects was undertaken, and significant roles at Xylem Inc., Abbott, and Raytheon, with a focus on engineering, manufacturing processes, and product improvement initiatives. Adnan holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
