Heidi Henneman joined National Vision in 2016, building upon her extensive career in the optical industry. As Head of Stores, Heidi is responsible for leading each of National Vision's five retail brands in executing the company's overarching strategic objectives. Heidi has more than 30 years of experience in multi-unit retail, including over two decades in the optical industry with prior leadership roles with Visionworks and Luxxotica.
Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University and is actively involved with Women in Optometry, Retail Networking Solutions and Women in Retail Leadership.
