Melissa Rasmussen

Melissa Rasmussen serves as National Vision's Chief Financial Officer. She joined the company in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, where she led the accounting, tax, SEC reporting and internal audit functions.

Throughout her career, Melissa has acquired deep financial and technical knowledge with over 23 years of experience. She has had a broad range of responsibilities in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, software and retail.

Prior to joining National Vision, Melissa was the Vice President and Global Corporate Controller of Lexmark International, Inc., where she led the worldwide accounting and SEC reporting functions. In the course of her career, Melissa has held a multitude of roles in which she gained significant financial and operational experience including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt offerings, material weakness controls remediation, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and systems implementation.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant.
