Ghulam Shabbir

Ghulam Shabbir is an experienced professional in the field of computer applications and network administration, currently serving as an Instructor at the Punjab Vocational Training Council since June 2021. Responsibilities include managing computer class lectures, trainee assessments, and job training coordination. Ghulam also holds the position of Inspection & Evaluation IT at the Punjab Skills Development Authority, focusing on the registration of IT courses. As a National Certified Assessor for NAVTTC, Ghulam conducts examinations in mobile app, web, and game development. Prior roles include Network Administrator at the FAST Institute of Freelancing and E-Commerce, as well as various positions at PVTC, where responsibilities ranged from laboratory management to trainee administration. Ghulam holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Virtual University of Pakistan and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Allama Iqbal Open University, along with a D.Com in Accounting and Finance.
