Mark Hatfield has extensive experience in wildlife biology and conservation, currently serving as the National Director of Science and Planning, National Director of Conservation Services, Director of Finance Administration, Director of Eastern Conservation Planning, Senior Wildlife Biologist, and Regional Wildlife Biologist at The National Wild Turkey Federation since November 2004.
