National Wildlife Federation
Nizhooni St Paul serves as the Tribal Partnerships Program Coordinator for the National Wildlife Federation since November 2020 and is also a Foster Parent for Kids Crossing since May 2021. Previous experiences include roles such as Student Coordinator and Assistant Urban Ranger Coordinator at Environmental Learning for Kids (ELK) and a Writer for The Catalyst Newspaper, contributing articles focused on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in outdoor recreation. Nizhooni engaged in a two-year conservation leadership program with the Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program at Northern Arizona University and completed internships with ZEALANDIA Ecosanctuary and Greenpeace, emphasizing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Colorado College and participation in the T.R.E.E. Semester focusing on environmental education.
