Associate, Campaigns at National Women's Law Center

Caitlin Panarella is currently the Associate of Campaigns at National Women's Law Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Communications Associate at Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce from May 2019 to August 2020. There, they tracked media coverage through daily clips, website updates, and daily news digest. Caitlin also wrote, edited and scheduled social media content for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn using Sprout Social. In addition, they collaborated with communications team to analyze media statistics.

Before their time at Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce, Caitlin was the Director of Communications at OWN IT Summit from October 2018 to February 2020. As the Director of Communications, they were responsible for managing all aspects of OWN IT Summit’s communications, including but not limited to press outreach, social media strategy and execution, website content, email marketing, and creating marketing collateral.

Caitlin has also held the position of Online Content and Newsletter Editor at Make Muse from May 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for curating and editing content for Make Muse’s website and bi-weekly newsletter. Caitlin also wrote articles on a variety of topics relating to entrepreneurship and creative careers.

Caitlin graduated from Georgetown University in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Education, Inquiry & Analysis.

Caitlin Panarella graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies.
