Stephanie Owen

Stephanie Owen serves as the Executive Director of the Education & Research Foundation at the National Wood Flooring Association since January 2015, previously holding roles as Vice President of Education and Education & Member Engagement Director. In these positions, Stephanie has developed wood flooring career paths and educational opportunities, championed career and technical education, and created an apprenticeship program for the industry. Prior to their tenure at NWFA, Stephanie managed early childhood facilities as Area Director at West County Day School and contributed to women's basketball as Assistant Coach at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Missouri Baptist University.
