Ana Moran

Water Organizer at National Young Farmers Coalition

I am a multi-racial Latinx womxn based in New Mexico. I have been volunteering on farms since college and have a deep passion for conservation and regenerative agriculture. Currently, I steward land and maintain a farm in Albuquerque with a women’s farming collective I helped form over the last two years. Before starting with the Coalition, I have worked as a national, regional, and state-based community organizer for almost a decade, organizing around civil rights, healthcare, labor, and electoral issues. I am currently working toward a dual M.S. in Community and Regional Planning and Water Resources. During my free time I enjoy getting outdoors, attending community events, and writing poetry.
