Evan Leach has extensive experience in the field of foster care and child welfare. Evan started their career as a Care Manager and Care Team Coordinator at Children's Home Inc., where they provided services to children and families, developed case plans, and ensured safety and permanency. Evan then worked as a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist at Hillsborough Kids, Inc., where they supervised quality improvement reviews and conducted client satisfaction surveys.

Evan later joined the Tampa Metro YMCA as a Senior Youth Transition Specialist, where they developed policies and procedures for a workforce empowerment program and supervised a team of youth transition specialists. Evan then worked as an Adoption Care Manager at Camelot Community Care, Inc., where they provided services to children and assisted adoptive parents with finalizing adoptions.

In their role as a recruiting and licensing specialist at Florida Mentor, Evan managed the recruitment of therapeutic foster homes and conducted licensing processes. Evan also served as a State Recruitment Manager, overseeing recruitment efforts statewide and supervising a team of recruiters.
