National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP)
Kelly Davis, Ph.D., LISW-S, serves as the Executive Director for the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Ohio since January 2021, leading efforts to provide comprehensive services for children and families, including foster care and behavioral health services. Prior experience includes roles at SAFY of America, where responsibilities spanned from Chief Operations Officer to Chief Organizational Development and Research Officer, overseeing program excellence and staff development across multiple states. With clinical experience as a Mental Health Therapist at various organizations and teaching roles as an Adjunct Faculty, Kelly Davis combines extensive leadership and therapeutic expertise. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU, an MSW from East Carolina University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elon University.
