Kevin Cluts has extensive experience in the field of social work and child welfare, demonstrating a progressive career at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) from October 2009 to the present. Within NYAP, Kevin has held various leadership roles including System Analyst, Assistant Executive Director for Ohio, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement, Information Manager, Continuous Quality Improvement Manager, and Clinical Supervisor for Treatment Foster Care and Outpatient Mental Health Programs. Prior to NYAP, Kevin served as Program Manager at Directions for Youth & Families and Director of Treatment Foster Care at The United Methodist Children's Home from January 2001 to April 2008. Earlier experience includes positions as Assessment & Intake Supervisor at United Methodist Children's Home and Child Welfare Caseworker at Franklin County Children Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Wright State University, complemented by technical training in Data Accounting.
