Melissa Nickolson

Melissa Nickolson is an accomplished Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), overseeing the corporate talent team since May 2021. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Melissa has executed full life cycle recruiting and proactively sourced candidates through various methods. Prior experience includes roles at Care.com as a Childcare Provider and Early Childhood Education Specialist, where personalized care and educational activities were provided for young children. Additional roles at West Chester Hospital as a Health Unit Coordinator/Patient Care Assistant and at The Cole Center for Healing as a Medical Assistant/Office Coordinator and Patient Liaison highlight Melissa’s strong background in patient care and administrative support. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Psychology and Communications at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
