Niki Ledford

Niki Ledford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, foster care, and educational guidance. Currently serving as the National Organizational Manager of Recruitment at the National Youth Advocate Program since October 2018, Niki leads cross-regional recruiting strategies and supervises a remote team of recruiters. Previous roles include Program Manager for Resource Parent Growth and Retention and Licensing Team Leader, where Niki developed national strategies to enhance foster care and family retention while overseeing licensing operations in Kentucky. Niki also works as a College Planner & Test Prep specialist at Ultimate Test Prep, advising high school students on college admissions. Additional experience includes serving as a Family Education Specialist, operating a home-based boutique, and managing residential properties. Niki holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
