Thomas Van De Pol is a seasoned communications professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in the media and creative industries. Currently serving as a Communications Advisor at Nationale Hypotheek Garantie since October 2022 and co-founding Atelier Artplaats in July 2020, Thomas has previously held positions such as Content Specialist at Studio HENK and Journalist at both Thomas Mediaproducties and Het Parool. The Homeownership Guarantee Fund (Waarborgfonds Eigen Woningen) is a non-profit private foundation. Main objectives are to promote homeownership and to improve the quality of owner-occupied dwellings. To realize these objectives, the Homeownership Guarantee Fund is issuing the National Mortgage Guarantee (Nationale Hypotheek Garantie) as of 1995.
