Patricia Plass is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and operations management. Currently serving as Head of B2B & Broker at Nationale-Nederlanden since March 2022, Patricia focuses on enhancing digital channels for optimal user experience. Previously, Patricia held the position of Head of ESG Office at Nationale Nederlanden Bank, contributing to the firm’s sustainable financial strategies. As CEO of Woonnu from August 2020 to August 2023, Patricia spearheaded organizational growth. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Mortgages & Consumer Loans at Nationale-Nederlanden and Country Head Operations at Deutsche Bank Netherlands, overseeing significant teams and operational functions. Patricia's early career includes positions at ABN AMRO Bank and various leadership roles in corporate finance and banking, alongside volunteer work and contributions to charitable foundations.
