Patryk Dąbrowski

Patryk Dąbrowski is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and architecture. Currently serving as the IT Systems Development Manager at Nationale-Nederlanden Polska since June 2025, Patryk previously held senior roles in IT architecture and DevOps at Jerónimo Martins. During a tenure at Decathlon Polska from February 2016 to June 2022, Patryk advanced through various positions including Head of Software Development and Head of Performance and Data, where responsibilities included managing software and IT teams, developing technology strategies, and driving digital innovations in retail and e-commerce. Patryk holds a Master's degree in Informatyka and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, as well as additional education from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
