Maggie Suplee

Family Literacy Lead Instructor at Nationalities Service Center

Maggie Suplee is the Lead Instructor for NSC’s Family Literacy Program. In this role, she works to equip clients with English language and literacy skills as well as culturally-informed parenting practices to help them and their children thrive in their new American communities. Maggie’s passion for accessible education began while interning at a village school in Uganda where she developed a deeper understanding of the essentiality of language and literacy and a desire to make both available in places where they’ve lacked. Since receiving her B.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from Liberty University, Maggie has taught students both young and old from over 27 countries alongside organizations such as Bethany Christian Services, HIAS PA, Crossing the Gap NJ, and Hope of Life International.
