Neal Ferrazzani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neal has held various roles in the technology industry, working for notable companies such as NationBuilder, Impact Health, GoFundMe, CrowdRise, Cuteness.com, National Football League, Ticketmaster, and Interscope Geffen A&M Records.

Most recently, Neal served as the Director of Engineering at NationBuilder, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Engineering Manager at the same company from May 2018 to March 2021.

In 2017, Neal worked as the CTO at Impact Health for a short period of time, from June to November. Neal then joined GoFundMe, where they were promoted to Head of Product & Engineering for NPO after their merge with CrowdRise. In this role, they played a key role in transforming the platform into a modern, enterprise-focused product.

Before that, Neal served as the Head of Technology at CrowdRise, joining the company as its first employee and engineer in 2010. Neal played a vital role in building and launching the CrowdRise platform, which processed over $500 million in donations from millions of users. During their tenure, they also served as the Lead Solution Architect and Product Manager.

Neal's prior experience includes working as the Principal Software Engineer at Cuteness.com, where they single-handedly built the entire platform, which was later acquired by Demand Media. Neal also served as an Application Developer at the National Football League, where they developed JavaScript-heavy applications and front-end code for team websites.

Earlier in their career, Neal worked as a Front-End Developer at Ticketmaster, providing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and graphic design for multiple projects. Neal also worked in a Software Engineer role at Ticketmaster's internal incubator called "Cottonblend", where they built a social network from scratch.

Neal started their career in the music industry, working as a Recording Engineer at Interscope Geffen A&M Records.

Throughout their career, Neal has been recognized for their flexibility, innovation, and ability to wear multiple hats to deliver robust and scalable platforms that meet business needs.

Neal Ferrazzani studied at Berklee College of Music, earning a BM degree in Music Production & Engineering. Additionally, they took courses towards a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
