Vladislav Minakov has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Vladislav began their career as a Senior Intern at the Lower Hudson Regional Information Center, where they provided network assistance and set up computer labs in various school districts. Vladislav then worked as an IT support specialist at New York Life Investment Management, where they provided technical assistance and maintained computer systems in a financial environment. Vladislav also served as a Consultant at Sapphire Technologies, where they provided technical assistance for building moves and equipment handling for Bank of America.

Vladislav later joined Manipal Education Americas LLC as an IT Support Specialist, where they provided technical support and administered technical resources for over 100 employees. Vladislav developed and implemented internal security policies and utilized various hardware and software systems. Vladislav then worked as a Service Desk Engineer at IPsoft, where they provided high-volume phone and remote support to organizations and clients across different industries.

After that, Vladislav worked as a Manager at Square Circle New York, a Martial Arts and Fitness Center. Vladislav implemented new reporting techniques, directed the creation of marketing strategies, and analyzed sales and enrollment trends. Vladislav then joined Itaú Unibanco as an Information Technology Support Engineer, providing enterprise-level support to the investment bank headquarters in NYC. Vladislav resolved issues related to financial applications and operated within a large-scale, international Windows environment.

Currently, Vladislav is working at Nations Direct Mortgage as an IT Manager. Vladislav oversees an IT support team responsible for helpdesk support and infrastructure services. Vladislav manages the Citrix infrastructure and physical server administration through a managed services provider.
