Andrea Michinski

Andrea Michinski has extensive experience in customer relations and service. Andrea most recently worked as the Senior Director of Customer Relations at Millman Multimedia, where they collaborated with other senior directors to develop and implement standard operating procedures and improve the customer experience. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Relations at Nations Photo Lab. Andrea also has experience as the Customer Service Director at Agora Financial, where they designed and executed customer service initiatives and established metric-based reporting. Andrea began their career as a Member Services Coordinator at Stansberry Investment Research and then worked as a Front Desk Manager at Lighthouse Club Hotel and the Edge at Fager's Island. Additionally, Andrea has experience in the food industry, having served as a restaurant hostess and server at Bull On The Beach. Andrea also held various roles at Shenandoah University, including Head Resident Assistant, Resident Assistant, and Summer Programs Assistant, where they focused on student safety, program coordination, and event management.

Andrea Michinski received their education from various institutions. From 1989 to 1997, they attended Saint Peter's School in Waldorf, Maryland, where they completed their elementary and middle school education. Following that, from 1997 to 2001, they attended St. Mary's Ryken, a Catholic college preparatory school, for their high school education. Finally, Andrea pursued higher education from 2001 to 2005 at Shenandoah University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree.
