Ian Kelch is an experienced professional in production management and quality control, currently serving as the Assistant Production Manager and Book Binding Production Supervisor at Nations Photo Lab since February 2019, focusing on safety, production, quality, and delivery of premium products. Prior to this role, Ian held various positions at General Motors from December 2014 to April 2019, including Production Supervisor for Gear Fabrication, Subject Matter Expert for business plan deployment, and Maintenance Supervisor for 3rd shift operations. Ian also gained experience as a Production Team Lead and Production Technician, working on automotive powertrains. Earlier experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Quality Control Technician at Automotive Quality & Logistics Inc., where Ian inspected automotive assembly parts for compliance.
