Randil Boteju is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer acquisition. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Nations Trust Bank PLC since October 2003, Randil is dedicated to integrating advanced digital strategies with core banking objectives, fostering growth and market leadership. Previously held multiple senior vice president roles focusing on digital banking, consumer lending, and business development. In addition, Randil is the Senior Vice President at FriMi Digital Bank, contributing to innovation and leadership in the digital banking landscape of Sri Lanka. Randil's educational qualifications include an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and certifications from CIM and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
