Eric Worley

Eric Worley has a diverse work experience in engineering and analytics roles. Eric started their career as an Engineering Intern at Spectrum Brands in 2014, where they worked on drafting CAD designs and plant layouts. Eric then moved to Newgistics in 2015 as a Facility Logistics Engineer, focusing on implementing and configuring a Labor Management System. Eric later joined Wayfair in 2017, where they held various roles, including Industrial and Labor Management Engineer, Industrial Engineering Manager, and MHE Senior Design Engineer. At Wayfair, they led continuous improvement projects, built and led engineering teams, and worked on designing next-generation buildings. In 2023, Eric transitioned to NationsBenefits as the Director of OTC Engineering and Analytics.

Eric Worley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
