Lenaise Merosier

Lenaise Merosier has a strong background in operations, training, and customer service. Lenaise started their career in 2012 as a Professional Voice-over Talent with Cirrus Solutions, where they eventually transitioned to roles such as Corporate Trainer and Operations Manager. In 2015, they became a Customer Service Supervisor before moving on to NationsBenefits in 2022, where they currently serve as the Director of Operations.

Lenaise Merosier obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Political Science and Government from Miami Dade College in 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Florida International University, completing their studies in 2020.
