Richard Haayen

Richard Haayen has a solid work history, starting at Guaranty Bank in 2001 as the Vice President of Mortgage Warehouse Lending until 2008. Richard then moved on to Padic & Company as the National Sales Director from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they joined Precision Business Solutions, Inc. as the Director from 2010 to 2016. Haayen then transitioned to Galderma, where they served as the Director of Commercial Analytics from 2016 to 2017 and later as the Senior Director of Commercial Analytics & Business Intelligence from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Enterprise Analytics at NationsBenefits as of July 2022.

Richard Haayen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from Southern Methodist University in 2001. Richard then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
