Shikeela Hayes

Shikeela Hayes is an experienced quality assurance professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at NationsBenefits since January 2006, Shikeela has developed extensive expertise in maintaining high standards of service quality. Prior to this role, Shikeela worked as a Quality Analyst at Cirruss Solutions from January 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing and executing test plans and auditing client calls to ensure functionality and reliability. Shikeela holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Miami Dade College and completed studies at Management Resources Institute in 2005.
