As AVP of Club Branding and Design at Bally Total Fitness, Candy redesigned gym prototypes and customer experiences, while earlier roles included Director of Marketing and Creative Director at Crunch Fitness, focusing on brand management and partnership development. Candy holds a BA in Art History from Rice University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
