Joseph Calmer has extensive experience in ticketing and customer service within the performing arts sector, currently serving as the Group Sales and Education Ticketing Specialist at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts since March 2021. Previously, Joseph held roles such as the Group Sales and Education Ticketing Associate at CAPA and worked as a Box Office Associate at both PromoWest Productions and Nationwide Arena. Joseph's experience also includes technical support and customer service roles at BalletMet and BARK, respectively.
