Responsibilities include providing field service support for boilers and emissions control systems, focusing on installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, burner management, and combustion control systems. Prior to this role, Jim Souza served in the US Navy from October 1983 to October 1987 as a Boiler Technician Second Class (E5), operating and maintaining high-pressure Babcock & Wilcox boilers.
