Shalini Kumar is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Accountant and Payroll Specialist at Nationwide Boiler Inc. since January 2018, Shalini has demonstrated expertise in preparing journal entries, account analyses, payroll processing, and participating in audits. Prior to this, Shalini held positions as a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper at Calibre One and as a Senior Accountant at Aurora Algae Inc., where responsibilities included reconciliations, variance analysis, and process improvements. Shalini began their career as an Accounting Associate at Fisher Investments and subsequently worked as a Senior Accountant at Pacific Die Cut Industries. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Cal State East Bay, Shalini’s comprehensive skill set encompasses payroll management, financial reporting, and vendor relations.
